Steve- Owner
Steve created Hatch Pest Solutions in March 2017. He started with a large fortune 500 company over 31 years ago, running a route in the Inland Empire. He quickly learned this business and found out that he loves solving problems, building successful teams and winning year after year. As a top manager for that company, he was often asked to take on special tasks of training others such as the manager for Hong Kong and many associates from across the US. Eventually he realized that he could bring his knowledge and experience to the wonderful local customers. On Steve’s down time he enjoys spending time with his family, his two daughters and four grandkids. He loves to BBQ, boating and enjoying the water, playing darts, and he also plays the keyboard!
ryan- service technichian
Ryan was born and raised in Nebraska. He enlisted into the United States Marine Corps right out of high-school as a Military Police Officer, where he served at Twentynine Palms here in California. He served between 2016-2020. He began working with Hatch Pest Solutions in September of 2021. In Ryan’s free time he enjoys playing videogames, spend time with family and friends, and is pursuing an online education. His focus is business administration. Ryan’s favorite part about working for Hatch Pest Solutions is the rewarding feeling of helping people and meeting all of our wonderful customers.
Lisa-office manager
Lisa joined our team in June 2019. With years of customer service experience she can help provide service quotes, schedule appointments, and help manage your account! She is extremely knowledgeable and can help answer all of your questions!
Kevin- senior technichian
Kevin joined our team in November 2018. With over 17 years of experience, he is a great technician that specializes in outstanding customer service and pest free commercial accounts. Kevin is a huge Lakers, Dodger and Ram fan and enjoys rooting for his teams! He also loves spending time playing Texas Holdom and fantasy football with friends.
Blake- service technichian
Blake joined our team in February 2022. With over 15 years of construction experience, he is able to provide great pest proofing! He also enjoys learning and growing with the company! In Blakes down time, he enjoys fishing, camping, coaching baseball and spending time with his friends, family and two boys. He also enjoys watching his favorite sports teams! He is a huge Raiders, Lakers and Angels fan!
WILL- SERVICE TECHNICHIAN
Will has lived most his life in Arizona where he worked as a Corrections Officer for over 5 years. In 2021 Will moved to Florida and decided to venture into Pest Control. While working in this field, he decided this is the career he is meant to do. Will moved to California in May of 2023 and enjoys living in the beautiful mountains. He strives to learn as much as he can and do his best with every task he is given. In his free time, Will enjoys spending time with his friends and family, going to amusement parks such as Disney World. He enjoys going on walks and bike rides with his daughter and riding motocross in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. He is looking forward to providing great customer service as well as working with a great team!
Heather- social media manager/office assistant
Heather joined our team in January of 2021. With 16 years of customer service under her belt, she is here to help you with managing your account and scheduling your services! She also helps keep you up to date on our social media accounts and answering questions through Yelp. In her down time Heather enjoys spending time with her friends and family, experiencing new places and raising her two boys!
