One-time services provided: Our top notch rodent service is a three-four appointment series. During the initial appointment we do a full inspection including buildups, crawlspaces and attics, looking for signs of activity, droppings and points of entry. We also vacuum up droppings in common areas to be able to monitor the level of activity between appointments. We strategically set up traps in common rodent highways and harborage areas. We also work with homeowners to keep traps well hidden inside the home for pets, guests and children. We include in our service the sealing of small entry points (smaller then a .50 piece. Larger gaps/holes that require additional material will be quoted during inspection). Sealing entry points is an essential part in helping prevent rodents from accessing the home. You will have two - three follow up appointments, typically 5-7 days apart. During these follow up appointments, we will be checking traps, replacing/rebaiting as needed, and completing any repairs needed/approved from the owner
